First round of packages sent!

Hello darlings, EmpathP here!

Just wanted to let you know, the first round of packages have been sent. I have tracking numbers for all the mailed packages, but I have to get with Lupin to help me email them all to you.

The next Round will mail out tomorrow, and then the Thursday after that. I was lucky enough to get a co-worker to cover my Thursday shirt so I could spend the next 3 days getting as much out as possible.

Now, if for whatever reason I don't get every single package out by Thursday, I will contact those who haven't gotten theirs mailed out yet and let them know that they're will mail out between Friday and Thursday of next week (the 12th). 

There's only a handful of packages I've been having trouble getting postage on, and they're all international packages, so I'll just have to go into the post office and deliver them the old-fashioned way.....boo....but also yay because of goodies for you all!

So yeah! Stay tuned for your tracking numbers! Some of you should be getting your stuff in the next few days I believe!

IMPORTANT P.S.: As you guys get your packages, if ANYTHING is missing, please let us know ASAP. Sometimes the form got a little confusing with some people marking down multiple rewards they didn't actually get/pay for. So if for whatever reason you're missing something, email me at [email protected] or send a message to us via the kickstarter and I will get you any missing item(s) asap. 

Update on shipping

Hello everyone, EmpathP here!

I have an important update for you all on shipping and tracking numbers. I'm so sorry I haven't updated you guys until now, I severely underestimated how busy I was going to be at work vs. when I would be able to get to the post office. 

So, the situation is, due to my retail job, I haven't been able to get the shipping labels on all the packages. And because of this, I missed my deadline for when I wanted to get the packages mailed out. 

So, here's what my current plan is: I have Tuesday and Wednesday off of work for this coming week, so I will be making a GIANT package dump on those two days, and get you guys your tracking numbers then. 

Please expect this coming week to be a plethora of shipping information. And again, I super apologize for not getting to you guys sooner, this last week has just been a bit of a ride. 

CDs to start mailing out next week

Hello my dears, EmpathP here,

The time has come! All CDs are all packaged, I'll be finishing putting together the bundles this week and then next week, I'm going to start mailing out the packages!

I want to thank you all for being patient as we finished things up, and had to deal with our production delays. What with needing to get everything autographed, and the back and forth of shipping between myself and the two boys, and the misprints for the T-shirt vendor, ect, everything took longer then planned.

BUT!

Everything is ready now and it's GOOOOOORGEOUS. Seriously, I'm not just saying this, these are probably some of the prettiest CDs the boys and I have ever gotten published. And it's all thanks to YOU guys! I can't wait for you all to get them!

Now, in regards to that, because we have so many orders, I'm going to be shipping them out in waves. during my days off next week. What we'll do is Lupin and I will go down the list of orders, I'll package them up, get the shipping on them, and then either take them to the post office myself or have them picked up at my house. 

Each package will get a tracking number. As we go through the list, I'll have Lupin send out the tracking numbers to each of you so that you can monitor your package's progress. Most of you in the US should get your packages (hopefully) before Thanksgiving. If, for whatever reason, I'm unable to get ALL the packages sent out by next week (and it extends into the following week), I'll let you guys know ASAP.

But yeah! Home stretch everyone!

So, what comes after all the packages are sent out? Well, Lupin will be working on specters (which was one of our stretch goals). We're not gonna rush him on it (though he's already begun production and hooo boy guys, are you in for some grand music). But we'll be keeping you posted on the production of that album as he goes. Those of you who pre-ordered specters will get that album bundle in a second package next year once the album is finished. 

So, yeah, that's it from me for now.....oh! One last thing! For some of you who only got 1 CD and perhaps want one of the others later, I can say for a fact that "Ghosts of Artificial Trees -English Edition-" will be for sale online after all the packages mail out. I think the boys plan to sell theirs either online or at conventions, so they will let you guys know themselves what they will do with the extra copies not claimed through pre-order.

Digipaks Signed

Hello my dears, EmpathP here.

The boys for their Digipaks in the mail this week, and today we all met up via discord to sign them together. Took a little over an hour to get it all done, but we did. The boys will now send me the digipaks back and I will put everything together, wrap it up nice, and start shipping it off to all of you! I hope you're as excited to receive these albums as we are to share them with you!

Results from our Album Autograph Poll

Hello darlings, EmpathP here!

We have the results in from our Album Autograph Poll and I wanted to let you all know what was selected. With a rather enormous amount of votes, the parts of the albums which will be signed will be the Digipak itself. This is the piece of the album which houses the CD and Booklet. 

I will be sending the boys their digipaks to sign, and we will be doing a discord call together to sign everything. Then the boys will ship their digipaks back to me and I will proceed to get EVERYTHING packaged up.

The timing is perfect, because we also received the replacement shirts for Circus (You may remember that the manufacturer misprinted them). Because they didn't make us send the old shirts back, Circus will have some extra Poltergeist shirts which he may sell at a discounted rate. However, that is at his discretion, I'm sure he'll let you guys know about that himself. 

So yeah! We're now just getting everything packaged! It's super exciting that we're nearing the end. 

Now, once we begin mailing things out, make sure to check your messages or emails, as you will receiving tracking numbers in order to keep up with your order. If you need to change your address before we mail out your stuff, you can still do so.

 MAKE SURE TO UPDATE ANY ADDRESSES BY SEPTEMBER 30th!!

If for whatever reason, you can't update your addresses on kickstarter or backerkit, send us a message here on kickstarter and we'll be sure to make any adjustments needed.

Thanks for being so patient everyone! We'll get those signatures done, and everything shipped out soon!

OH! But before I forget, a very important note: Anime Weekend Atlanta is coming up. If any of you will be in attendance there and would like to pick up your package from me in person, PLEASE MESSAGE US, because that can totally be arranged.
